What's it like? This is a place for everyday Christians to join together to magnify the worthiness of Christ throughout our service. We're weird in that we're about bringing the generations together to accomplish that task. That means no "Contemporary Service" or "Children's Service"--on purpose. We sing to the King, feast on His Word, and gather around His Table. Our pastor usually preaches passage by passage through a book of the Bible with an eye toward applying "All of Christ for All of Life. Starting Here." We generally end around noon.
What to wear? Come in what helps you and others worship and honor the King best. Some come in jeans, others wear a tie.
But what about my kids? We welcome your children in our service! The sounds of young ones is the sound of a church with a bright future. We want them to learn to worship and grow right alongside us. We want to help you learn how to raise your family in church. However, we get that may be new for you, so we offer nursery and children's church up through age 5. We also have a quiet place for nursing, and a room just off the auditorium where you can still see and hear everything in the service if you need to take your young person out of the auditorium for a bit. But young people can absorb way more than you think when talking about the Word at your table becomes an everyday task. Bring us your questions and let's bring the family back together on Sunday.
